Salary –  $59,000 - $69,000
 
Educational Requirements: Crisis and Residential Supervisors are required to have a Master's in Psychiatry, psychology, social work, counseling or nursing (QMHP). The RN is required to obtain board accrediting for Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Minimum of 5 years of addictions treatment experience. 

Certifications:  LPCA, LPA, CSW, RN or Higher

Duties/Responsibilities: To provide leadership to therapists and support staff for the crisis and Residential Unit and provide assessments and psychotherapy to Pathway's consumer and adhere and adhere to all of Pathways policies and procedures.  Oversee Clinical quality of the program, provide clinical supervision, and peer support supervision. 
 
 Experience Required: Crisis and Residential Supervisors will demonstrate past experience working with persons with severe mental illness and addiction. He/She will need to demonstrate knowledge in skills relating to providing clinical and administrative supervision of other professional staff. He/She will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and fluent in ASAM levels of care assessments.
