Educational Requirements: High School / Diploma
Duties/Responsibilities: The Residential Support Staff will monitor the day-to-day operations and necessary skills required by residents who reside at Pollard Place. This includes assisting / monitoring residents with basic living skills, medication self-administration and psychosocial rehabilitation.
Experience Required: Be able to work with and relate to adults with severe mental illness in residential setting. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Experience working with SMI preferred.
