Salary Range - $65,000 - $85,000

Education Requirements - A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a University certified by the ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education) or AOTA (American -Occupational Therapy Association). 

• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.

Duties / Responsibilities -  The Occupational Therapist works as part of a transdisciplinary team and provides assessments, treatment plans, and interventions that include sensory motor processing, cognitive and environmental aspects of the consumers life to promote optimal success in the context of their mental health, education, and vocation services. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the delivery, safety, and effectiveness of occupational therapy services within the iHOPE program in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team. Deliver services that address diverse social, cultural, gender and economic needs of the population served utilizing equity lens. The T Occupational Therapist participates in community education and outreach.  The Occupational Therapist adheres to iHOPE practice guidelines regarding training and certification and documents all services in a timely manner according to agency policies and procedures. 

Special Experience or Skill Set Required - Interest in working with transition age youth and young adults who experience behavioral and/or emotional health challenges.
