Salary - $15 - $17/hourly



Educational Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in human services
 
Duties/Responsibilities:  Provides crisis, mental health, substance and suicide intervention counseling over the telephone, chat and text to callers needing emergency/crisis assistance, identifies and suggests appropriate organizations and service providers to meet callers' needs, and monitors status of callers' situations through case follow-up. 
 
Experience Required:  This position requires organizational skills, as well as knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referrals during a crisis.  General knowledge of Mental Health, Substance Use and Crisis resources. Ability to deescalate callers in crisis and identify and suggest appropriate resources. Dispatch MCT if needed.
