Salary –  $59,000 - $69,000
 
Educational Requirements: Master's degree preferred to allow for service of all populations, all settings and to allow for completion of required court order assessment such as 202a. KRS 645, KRS 222 often present in the setting after QMHP status is obtained based on individual licensure.

BA Degree would allow practice in the role as an MHA but would be unable to serve any IDDS consumer (Per KARSs) or as a TCADC - temporary license with approved supervision but would be unable to render outpatient service or services to any consumer need other than SUD. A working knowledge of the twelve-step recovery process is necessary. As stated above, this person must possess and practice qualities consistent with established practice standards.

Certifications:  LPCA, LPA, CSW or Higher

Duties/Responsibilities: This supervisor will remain competent of insurance and fee arrangements for CRRU admissions and will disseminate information to staff about financial arrangements.  Supervisor will train all new CRRU Provider Staff or higher on processes of Authorization. Supervisor will retrain a;; staff on any chronic assessment flaws and reeducate of levels of care as needed. Will coordinate the moving of consumers though appropriate levels of care and will directly manage the CRRU transitional process.  Will coordinate closely with Billing and Utilization Review through RCAT meeting, Using and monitoring of Alpha Collector and will provide Oversight in Garcia report monitoring.  This position provides direct care to consumers in the Crisis or Residential Recover Units as tasks allow. Position may be called on to find financial avenue for consumer admission. Ensures and checks proper admit and discharge for MCO's. May facilitate groups and individual therapy. The provider is responsible for the timely production of reports for client charts.  This person will be able to demonstrate and consistently practice competency in the skills, knowledge and attitudes as outlined in Addiction Counseling Competencies: The Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes of Professional Practice (CSAT TAP #21, 2006).
 
Experience Required: This position requires organizational skills, as well as knowledge and skills in coordination of client care. An understanding and application of The Principles of Effective Treatment (NIDA NIH Publication No. 00-4180) are necessary to function in this role.
