Program Supervisor - iHOPE (Mt. Sterling, KY)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Educational Requirements: Masters in clinical field
Duties/Responsibilities: Project director will facilitate administrative and clinical services to iHOPE target population. Position will oversee specialized services in the outpatient setting regarding early assessment and treatment of target population. Project director will participate in any and all DBH recommended and mandated training related to the iHOPE population, as to educate and serve the population at the agency. Project director will provide clinical direct service to consumers in individual and group settings as needed and sees fit.
Experience Required: Clinical knowledge regarding psychosis and experience in a clinical setting with target population. Management experience required. Knowledge of DBH and CMHC contracted services preferred. Have excellent writing and communication skills.
Work Schedule: A minimum of 37 ½ hours a week is required for the position of outpatient therapist. The specific work schedule will be negotiated between the outpatient therapist and the Clinic Director.

This is a full time position
