Salary - $35,000 - $40,000
Education Requirements - This position requires a High School Diploma and licensure with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Registered Behavior Technician (if not upon hire, will be trained and must pass examination to retain employment).
Duties / Responsibilities - To provide behavioral interventions to assigned consumers and adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a caseload of consumers and complete accurate, current records of that caseload. Responsible for seeking consultation / appropriate referral when treatment needs present that are outside the behavioral-based scope of practice. Organizing and running all ABA sessions according to Plan of Care and in accordance with Behavior Skills Training provided by BCBA.
Special Experience or Skill Set Required - Experience in behavioral interventions is preferred but not required. Requires competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing daily tasks.

This is a full time position
