Hourly Rate: $12.50

Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit.
  • Monitor consumer safety and assist with medication self-administration.
  • Handle telephone contacts for the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services, including documenting crisis calls at the Ashland location.
  • Ensure proper admission and discharge paperwork for consumers is completed accurately.
  • Monitor vital signs and conduct bed checks.
  • Assist in resolving immediate crisis situations or escalations in consumer needs.
  • Complete 40 or more hours of crisis/ASAM training.
  • Transport clients as needed for services.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and skills in coordinating client care and referrals in crisis settings.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
