Educational Requirements: This position requires a BA in Human Services with the experience or equivalent experiences in a related field. A minimum of two years' experience is preferred.

In-reach provides engagement, education and support by informing adults with SMI who are living in personal care homes, facilities, institutions, or are homeless, about community-based mental health services and housing options.
Skills/Knowledge: Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus. Case managers will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for the job duties.

This is a full time position
