Salary Range: $55,000 – $73,125

Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $55,000 – $61,875

Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 – $73,125
Educational Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Nursing (with active or in-progress licensure).

R.N. applicants must hold Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Must comply with all supervision requirements set forth by the respective professional licensing board.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of consumers and ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.

Complete required documentation, including:
-
Diagnostic Screening Assessment
-
Health Assessment (initial and annual)
-
Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)
-
Treatment Plan & Treatment/Service Plan Review
-
Continuing Care & Termination Summary
-
-
Participate in scheduled staffing's, case conferences, and consultations with colleagues.

Perform additional responsibilities as outlined in the current job description.
Skills & Knowledge:

Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Proficiency in using computers and electronic health record systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills.
