Salary – $35,000 - $45,000
 
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or human services field or a Bachelor's degree in one of the above disciplines with at least one years' experience in human services.

Duties/Responsibilities: This position serves as the champion of supporting the philosophy of the System of care for children with severe emotional disabilities, and youth and young adults with SMI/SUD, at risk of or experiencing a behavioral health condition.
 
Experience Required: 
  • Experience in program management
  • Experience in collaboration with interagency teams and leadership activities
  • Expertise in the field of youth and young adults with serious behavioral health/co-occurring disorders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and facilitate
  • Cultural sensitivity and competence.
