Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CFO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive financial and corporate information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:  Commensurate with Experience

Educational Requirements: 

  • Associate's degree in a business-related field, OR
  • 5+ years of related experience in an administrative or executive assistant role                                           
Duties/Responsibilities: This position will manage the schedule for the CFO to include daily schedule, professional meetings, conferences, personal appointments and travel. He or she will track department deadlines for reports and renewals, manage incoming correspondences that include email, memo, fax, mail and sometimes requiring a high level of discretion.  Will also manage communication / requests between CFO and other Pathways staff, vendors or other professional contacts.    


Experience Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to learn new software and technology systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
