Hourly Rate - $15.00 - $17.00 


Educational Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent.
 
Duties/Responsibilities: Employee must have a working knowledge of various computer programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and Avatar. This position requires versatility in dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously, have the soft skills needed. Provide crisis and suicide intervention counseling over the telephone, chat and text to callers needing emergency/crisis assistance, identifies and suggests appropriate organizations and service providers to meet callers' needs, and monitors status of callers' situations through case follow-up. Schedule appointments for after-hours callers. 
 
Experience Required:  This position requires organizational skills, appointment scheduling, as well as knowledge and skills in coordination of client care and referrals during a crisis and following a crisis.  General knowledge of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Crisis resources beneficial. Computer and phone skills required.  

Schedule: Midnight Shift - Monday-Friday
