Educational Requirements: This position is required to have a minimum of a Master's degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, counseling (QMHP). This position can be filled by an RN but is required to obtain accreditation for Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). A minimum of five years management experience is preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities: The Director Outpatient Operations will function as the administrative supervisor and clinical leader for both Mental Health and Addiction Outpatient Services.
Required Experience: Experience in supervising outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus. The Outpatient Services Director will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution.
