Salary Range:

  • Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $55,000 – $66,080

  • Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 – $73,125
     

Education Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Nursing.

  • Registered Nurses must obtain board accreditation for Psychiatric–Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

  • Clinicians must comply with all supervision requirements of their respective boards and be actively working toward independent licensure.
     

Position Summary:
The Mobile Response Team Clinician will provide community-based, on-scene, in-person response for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This includes crisis de-escalation, assessment, and therapeutic support to stabilize individuals and connect them to services in the most appropriate, least restrictive setting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide rapid mobile response to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

  • Conduct crisis assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans.

  • Deliver therapeutic support and crisis de-escalation on-site in the community.

  • Collaborate with families, law enforcement, first responders, and community partners to ensure safety and effective care.

  • Facilitate referrals and coordinate follow-up services to support long-term stabilization.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice.
     

Special Experience / Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress, fast-paced crisis situations.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and electronic health record systems.
