Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000
Position Type: Salaried, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Educational Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Social Work

  • Counseling

  • Psychology

  • Marriage and Family Counseling

  • Psychiatric Certified-Registered Nursing

  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC or LCADC)

All applicants must meet the licensing and continuing education requirements as outlined by their respective Kentucky Administrative Board. Therapists must hold an independent license to practice or be actively under supervision working toward independent licensure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to clients experiencing substance use or emotional/behavioral issues.

  • May facilitate group therapy sessions and/or work with clients’ families as part of the treatment process.

  • Maintain adherence to all Pathways policies and clinical procedures.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with other clinical staff and community partners as needed.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a behavioral health or outpatient setting is preferred.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records and general computer competency is required.

  • Understanding and application of the Twelve Step recovery model is highly desirable.
