Salary: $65,000 – $73,125
 

Job Summary:

Pathways is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral interventions for our clients. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized behavior plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring adherence to all ethical and procedural standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and the Kentucky Board of Applied Behavior Analysts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on data-driven analysis.

  • Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions for assigned clients.

  • Supervise and provide ongoing training and support to RBTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.

  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and adhere to all organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

  • Stay current on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and meet continuing education requirements.

  • Comply with all ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and state licensure board.


Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

  • Must meet all national certification requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Kentucky Board of Applied Behavior Analysts.


Required Experience and Credentials:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in the state of Kentucky.

  • Prior experience providing behavioral services preferred but not required.
