Salary: $14.50 – $15.50 per hour

High School Diploma or GED

Current Food Handler Certificate from the local health department (required)

Must obtain Food Handler’s License, CPR, and First Aid certification (if not already certified)

Supervise food service staff in a residential setting

Prepare menus and convert recipes to accommodate required meal quantities

Order food and maintain an appropriate food service budget

Prepare invoices and purchase orders for administrative approval

Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus and health department regulations

Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation policies

Oversee laundry services, linen changes, and sanitization of residential rooms

Ability to follow and scale recipes to meet serving needs

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

Effective supervision and organizational skills
-
Basic budgeting and purchasing experience preferred
