Hourly Rate: $12.50
Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit.

Monitor consumer safety, including vitals and bed checks.

Assist consumers with proper self-administration of medications.

Manage incoming telephone contacts for the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services, including documentation of all calls (Ashland location).

Ensure accuracy of admission and discharge paperwork.

Assist in resolving immediate crisis situations and escalating consumer needs.

Transport clients to and from services as needed.

Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Crisis/ASAM training.

Ability to coordinate client care and referrals in crisis settings.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies.
