Salary Range:

Associate Level License (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT): $55,000 – $61,875
-
Independent Level License (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 – $73,125
Educational Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling, or Psychiatric Nursing (certified-registered).
Certifications/License Requirement:
-
Associate-level or Independent clinical licensure (e.g., CSW, LPCA, AMFT, LPA, LPP, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.).

Certification/licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC/LCADC) accepted.

Must comply with all Kentucky Administrative Regulations and CEU requirements of the applicable licensing board.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing substance use disorders or emotional challenges.

Hold an independent license to practice, or be under supervision toward independent licensure.

Facilitate individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.

Engage families and treatment teams in the recovery process.

Maintain compliance with Pathways policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Experience Requirements:

Prior experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.

Management experience required.
-
Clinical knowledge regarding psychosis and experience working with the target population required.

Familiarity with DBH and CMHC contracted services a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
Work Schedule:
-
Full-time position, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Specific work schedule will be determined in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
