Compensation & Advancement:

  • Starting Salary: $18.00/Hourly

  • Salary Growth Opportunity: Eligible for an increase within the first year based on performance, experience, and length of service


Schedule:

  • Thursday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM

  • Friday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM

  • Saturday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM


This is an on-site position.


Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention counseling for mental health, substance use, and suicide-related concerns over the telephone

  • Assess callers’ needs and provide appropriate referrals to community resources and service providers

  • Coordinate crisis continuum response services and ensure follow-up as needed

  • Document calls and track caller status through appropriate case follow-up procedures

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills

  • Experience in crisis intervention and referral coordination preferred

  • General knowledge of mental health, substance use, and crisis resources is beneficial

  • Proficient computer and phone skills required
