Compensation & Advancement:

Starting Salary: $18.00/Hourly
Salary Growth Opportunity: Eligible for an increase within the first year based on performance, experience, and length of service

Schedule:

Thursday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM
Saturday: 8:15 AM – 8:45 PM

This is an on-site position.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide crisis intervention counseling for mental health, substance use, and suicide-related concerns over the telephone
Assess callers’ needs and provide appropriate referrals to community resources and service providers
Coordinate crisis continuum response services and ensure follow-up as needed
Document calls and track caller status through appropriate case follow-up procedures

Experience & Skills Required:

Strong organizational and stress management skills
Experience in crisis intervention and referral coordination preferred
General knowledge of mental health, substance use, and crisis resources is beneficial
Proficient computer and phone skills required
