Salary:
- $35,000 annually.
Job Summary:
The Community Support Associate (CSA) CSA–Employment Specialist will work as part of a team to provide skill-building services to assigned consumers, deliver high-quality documentation, and develop goals and objectives for consumer treatment plans. This position is responsible for providing education and employment support services to both youth and adults. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Minimum Education & Licensing Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Special Experience or Skill Set Required:

At least one year of relevant experience (may include previous employment, practicum, or internship).

Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other software programs, including Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team environment.

Must provide services in accordance with Kentucky regulations and Pathways policies.
Work Schedule:
The CSA–Employment Specialist is expected to work a 37.5-hour schedule each week. At times, additional hours may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, support ICC staffing, or participate in required training. Work hours may fluctuate as needed.
