Salary Range:
Associate-Level License
(e.g., LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LDADC): $55,000 - $61,875 per year Independent-Level License (e.g., LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000 - $73,125 per year

(Salary commensurate with licensure level and experience.)


Job Summary

The Outpatient (OP) Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy services to transition-aged youth in a hybrid outpatient and school-based setting. This role maintains a clinical caseload, completes required assessments and documentation, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and delivers high-quality, ethical behavioral health services to consumers ages 16–25.


Educational & Licensure Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Nursing.

  • Associate-level or Independent licensure required (or in the process of obtaining licensure).

  • Compliance with all supervision requirements of the respective licensure board.

  • If a Registered Nurse (RN), must hold Psychiatric Mental Health accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

 

Special Experience / Qualifications
  • Clinical knowledge and experience working with transition-aged youth.

  • Comfort and competency providing services to individuals ages 16–25.

  • Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.



Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active outpatient caseload and provide therapeutic services.

  • Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including:

    • Diagnostic Screening Assessment

    • Health Assessment (initial and annual)

    • Bio-Psychosocial Assessment (initial and annual)

    • Treatment Plan

    • Treatment/Service Plan Reviews

    • Continuing Care documentation

    • Termination Summaries

  • Participate in scheduled staffings, case conferences, and clinical consultations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and school-based partners to ensure coordinated care.

  • Adhere to all agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform all other duties as outlined in the current job description.
