Duties/Responsibilities:            This position performs administrative and managerial work directing the repair and maintenance of Pathways buildings, grounds and vehicles.  Employee is responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing capital improvements; overseeing and coordinating supplies and vehicle purchasing; monitoring the department budget; supervising employees engaged in the maintenance of Pathways buildings, facilities, vehicles and grounds; and maintain compliance with HUD requirements regarding property management.  Provides oversight and assure all facilities and vehicles meet CARF Standards. 
Skills/Knowledge:            Experience in the maintenance and repair of facilities; HUD Property Management; supervision of staff, understanding of safety and health regulations, knowledge of construction concepts, and an ability to create professional settings.
