Duties/Responsibilities:       The Clinical Lead will function as the clinical leader for the assigned area.  This will include, but is not limited to the Outpatient, including both Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Peer Support Services, Targeted Case Management, and Therapeutic Rehabilitation Services.  All other duties as outlined in current job description.
 
Required Experience:           Experience in supervising outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus.  Clinic Leads will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, written and oral communication skills, as well as conflict resolution.
