Duties/Responsibilities:  The population to be served includes adults who have a Substance Use Disorder and/or a mental health disorder who are need of case management services.  The primary role of the Case Manager is to provide a network of resources in the agency and community to return the consumer to the best possible level of functioning. All other duties outlined in current job description. 
 
Skills/Knowledge: Experience working in addiction or recovery is a plus.  Case Managers must display competency in working with technology and have at least one year experience working with individuals who have a Substance Use Disorder.
