QC Coatings Technician - CNRL Albian Sands (Wood Buffalo, AB)

Soogadin Field Services Inc is seeking a QC Coatings Tech (NACE 3)

We are looking for NACE 3 QC Coatings Technicians for various sites and shutdowns in Alberta. 
Shift: Shift is 24&4
Hours: 12-hour days - OT after 40 hours
Transportation: Fly in/out from Edmonton or Calgary
Camp: Albian Villiage

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Keeps up-to-date, accurate reports, and ensures that reports are properly reported per the contractor's specifications.
• Records information on specified forms and reports.
• Other duties as required, it is essential that the person in this role be flexible with job function

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Minimum NACE Level 3
• Industrial coating experience is an asset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, focus-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment as required.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Position Overview:
Brock Canada Oilfield Services is seeking a Paint and Blast QA/QC who will assist with ensuring that work is performed in accordance with the contractor's specifications and/or as directed by the contractor’s representative and assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) (including inspection and documentation) of the work through all phases of the project.
