Soogadin Field Services is hiring Third Year Scaffolders at IOL Kearl Lake!

We are currently looking for experienced, hard-working, and motivated Third Year Scaffolders for Projects at IOL Kearl Lake starting on March 26,2026.

Shift: 14&14
Travel: Fly in/out
Hours: 12 Hour Days

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: All Tickets MUST be through Energy Safety Canada

Must have previous Scaffolding experience and be able to prove craft level:
- CLAC Letter of Hours (3200+ hours)
- Letter of Employment (3200+ hours)
- Ticketed
Complete and pass a knowledge check questionnaire in a one-way video interview that will be sent to you by Spark Hire
Safety tickets: CSTS 09/20, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, ESC H2S Alive, ESC Wildlife Awareness (inc. Bears)
Able to pass a pre-access test
