We are looking for Labeling Operators to join our team! The Labeling Operator I is responsible for checking that each bottle is filled with the correct products 
according to the Packaging Batch Record. 


  • Verifies the line #, date, product name, strength, dosage form, lot number, and package size against the 
    packaging filling record and notifies supervisor of any issues or discrepancies. 
  • Maintains a clean and functioning work area at all times. 
  • Learns to operate automatic labeling and sealing equipment.
  • Inspects the labels that have been applied to the bottles to ensure quality of the application and labels.
  • Learns to operate automatic lot code printer.
  • Verifies that the lot code information printed on the bottle matches the batch records, are legible and clearly visible.
  • Cleans the packaging room and equipment as stated in the SOP’s. 
  • Participates effectively in line changeovers. 
  • Follows and adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating 
  • Procedures (SOP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Notifies Lead/Supervisor of any tooling, equipment or machine components that are worn or damaged and need to be re-ordered.
  • Performs other projects and tasks as assigned by management.


  • Some high school or trade/training/seminar a plus, but not required. 
  • 0-1 year of packaging experience.
  • Communication Skills (Oral/Written) - able to speak clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective department operations.
  • Detail Oriented - pays close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness, double checking their work.
