We are looking for entry-level QA Inspector to join our team!
The Quality Assurance Inspector I performs independent inspection functions to verify that products conform to specifications. This individual monitors processes, provides support to Operations, and enforces cGMPs and SOPs
Responsibilities:
- Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures during the manufacturing process.
- Performs line clearance for the removal of all previous products, components, and foreign materials.
- Approves workstations for readiness before use.
- Monitors all aspects of the manufacturing operations and reports non-conformance to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Reviews documentation to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Collects samples, components, and finished products as needed.
- Releases and issuances of labels.
- Inspects and checks in-process and final product according to written procedures and specifications.
- Maintains all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follows/enforces that everyone adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED.
- Minimum 6 months -1 year of relevant work experience preferred, willing to train the right individual.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in English, verbal, and written skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
