The ERP Developer builds, maintains, and deploys enhancements to the company's ERP systems, with a focus on application development, automation releases, and cloud infrastructure. Partners with ERP support staff and cross-functional departments to translate business needs into reliable, well-tested software and ensure changes reach production safely and repeatably. Also serves as the primary administrator of the ERP server environment hosted on Azure Virtual Machines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, test, and maintain ERP applications, integrations, and internal tools using C#, JavaScripts and the .NET platform.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment of ERP applications.
  • Administer and maintain the company’s ERP servers hosted on Azure Virtual Machines, including OS patching, updates, VM sizing, backups, and access and network security.
  • Track server capacity, disk, memory, and CPU utilization; troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with IT on capacity or infrastructure changes.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports against ERP databases.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated ERP technical issues, and support users through the IT ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements, scope enhancements, and validate changes before release; participate in code review and maintain technical documentation.
  • Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
  • Performs other projects and duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Coursework in progress will be considered. 
  • 1-3 years of software development or IT/DevOps experience. Strong fundamentals and willingness to learn are valued over a complete match to the list below.
  • Working proficiency in C# and .NET; comfortable expanding into unfamiliar parts of the stack.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines; hands-on administration experience preferred but can be developed on the job.
  • Exposure to CI/CD concepts and Git-based source control; GitHub Actions experience is a plus.
  • SQL experience, including query writing and basic troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server basics: IIS, services, scheduled tasks, and event logs.
  • Interest in learning how business processes flow through ERP systems and their modules.
  • Strong communication skills (oral/written); able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Self-directed learner, comfortable picking up new tools and documenting what they learn.
  • Detail oriented, problem solving, honesty/integrity, safety minded, teamwork/cooperation, and values diversity/ethics, consistent with company values.
