Maryville has been a leader in the senior healthcare community since 1963. As our Staffing Coordinator, you will work with a team to staff and schedule direct care nursing staff for our 165 bed Nursing Home and 16 bed RCF Memory Care. This position includes on-call responsibilities on scheduled work days for urgent staffing matters. Option of part-time (3 days/Wk) or full-time (4 days/Wk). Schedule may include weekends.

- Create and maintain the clinical schedule for the facility (CNA’s and Nurses).
- Ensure that the appropriate amount of staff are working each shift of every day per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of information entered into time and attendance program; make corrections as necessary.
- Assist in pulling reports for monitoring of tardiness and overtime.
- Manage use of temporary labor to ensure that there is little to none in the facility.
- Maintain department records and reports.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars.
- Maintain employee database and maintain/utilize OnShift scheduling program.
- Communicate changes in personnel policies, as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
