The Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon (SSMO) Ministries Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist with at least three years of career experience in accounting, preferably in long-term healthcare. To be considered, you need a degree in a business or healthcare business related field, strong analytical skills, an aptitude for communicating with Finance Department clients (i.e., patients, and their families, insurance vendors), and mastery of the principles and regulations pertinent to long-term care or healthcare financial support and compliance.  Highlight the experience you will bring to our team in customer service; in analytical skills that made a difference in a previous position; in long-term care or healthcare receivables account management from set up to collections and in data manipulation/reconciliation using Excel. 

Compensation is $40–45,000/year DOE, plus full benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance, 100% employer-paid life and disability insurance, a robust employee assistance program, and generous 100%-vested employer contributions to a tax-sheltered annuity, whether you put money in it or not), an appreciative supervisor, and plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your accounting expertise!
