Maintenance Technician (Beaverton, OR)

Maryville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills.

Our Maintenance team may work on any of the following items (as needed):

• HVAC
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Appliance
• Exterior Structures
• Yard maintenance
• Other

This is a full-time position, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Maintenance experience in commercial or institutional setting (care facility) 
• Background screening required for all campus employees
• Fast pace environment
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Follow directions verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and respond quickly
• Reliability
