We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer oriented IT Support Specialist that provides support to SSMO Ministries Corporation and its Affiliates. This is an in-person position. 

As a member of the Information Technology Department, the IT Support Specialist I will assist the department with a variety of technology support needs. These include responding to campus support requests via the help ticket system and working on assigned projects. Projects and requests will involve computer setup and configuration, hardware & software trouble shooting, following inventory procedures, end user training, communication with vendors for product research and support.

Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes and workstation components (CPU, monitors, etc.)

***Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working with computers (both hardware and software) in a networked environment.***
