Construction Laborers (Charlotte, NC; Chester, SC; ...)

Skilled Trades Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Grinding and Polishing Laborers to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC!

(This is a travel position, but based out of Charlotte). Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the week.

Lodging Provided and $35/day for Per Diem will be paid.

Position: Concrete Grinding and Polishing

Responsibilities:

1. Performing Concrete grinding, polishing, and finishing projects.
2. Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards throughout all projects.
3. Collaborate closely with project foreman, managers and contractors to achieve project goals.
4. Efficiently handle inventory and equipment management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in successfully working in the construction industry.
2. Experience in concrete grinding and polishing techniques is a PLUS, but client is willing to train.
3. Excellent organizational abilities.
4. Knowledgeable about safety regulations governing flooring projects.
5. OSHA 10 (Either current or willing to take the course)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
