Acquisition and Program Management Analyst ( Int, Sr, SME)

Position Description:
There are multiple positions available (Int, Sr & SME Analysts).  Work areas may include:
  • Providing review of the Support Agreement (SA) to include Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), DD Form 1144s (ISAs), and Interagency Agreements (IAAs), and related documentations.
  • Responsible for providing guidance, resolving issues, and obtaining signatures as part of the SA and SA E-Tasker package process.
  • Adhere and ensure compliance of all MDA standards and policies that are applied for the development, documentation, and execution of all MDA SAs.
  • Review acquisition documentation across the program, including acquisition strategies, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Government and Contractor Schedules and Statements of Work to ensure consistency between planning and execution strategies.
  • Support the Government by ensuring that Inter/Intra-Agency Acquisition Requirements (IARs) are properly documented and approved in accordance with Federal Government, DoD, and MDA processes and policies to justify the Inter/Intra-Agency Acquisition (IA) as MDA’s best procurement decision.
  • Update, maintain and support the MDA’s DO-DA Data Integration (D3I) processes, toolkit, and documentation; and provide IA advice to program and functional offices.


Required:
· BA/BS and 5-15 years’ experience directly supporting ACAT I/II program(s) as an acquisition/program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance; includes years' experience in a DoD program management and integration environment providing strategic level analysis, communications, and staff coordination for executive level review.
· Experience preparing acquisition strategy for an Acquisition Strategy Panel and Acquisition Strategy Board or equivalent.
· Experience supporting acquisition teams/program offices in reviewing, processing, and formulating strategy products.
Desired:
· Experience with inter-agency acquisition processes
· Previous DAWIA Certification Level I - III in Program Management
